Message	closed? And there is never a good excuse for being rude to your customers, at least not in a free market.... Personally, I like Z1 and have bought several hard to find pieces from them for my cars. However, like everyone, they have good days and bad days...seems like they always have a lot of balls in the air. Bottom line: When you need an oddball (especially used or refurbished) part in a hurry, you'll probably prefer their price/service to the dealer price/service IMHO. Hope this helps...
